Summary
The Project Coordinator, Strategy & Operations, supports projects within MedPOINT’s client and operations portfolio. Under the supervision of the Project Manager, Strategy & Operations, the Project Coordinator will prepare client presentations, data analyses and project artifacts, and will support internal and external meeting management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project artifacts and apply basic project management methodology to ensure timely completion of milestones and deliverables
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders throughout MedPOINT to complete assigned tasks and projects
- Communicate status updates and proactively escalate risks and barriers as appropriate
- Create client-ready presentations, reports, and meeting materials to support strategic initiatives
- Perform data analysis and develop dashboards to track KPIs and support performance improvement
- Translate data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for internal teams and clients
- Support planning, coordination, and facilitation of internal and external meetings
- Partner with teammates in Strategic Operations and Process Improvement to expand organizational knowledge and drive our competitive advantage
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s in public health, health administration, or related field preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in healthcare operations or related field, preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI (SQL experience a plus)
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development

Salary Range:
- $71,000 – $85,000 annually
