Project Coordinator, Strategy & Operations

Summary

The Project Coordinator, Strategy & Operations, supports projects within MedPOINT’s client and operations portfolio. Under the supervision of the Project Manager, Strategy & Operations, the Project Coordinator will prepare client presentations, data analyses and project artifacts, and will support internal and external meeting management. 


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project artifacts and apply basic project management methodology to ensure timely completion of milestones and deliverables 
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders throughout MedPOINT to complete assigned tasks and projects 
  • Communicate status updates and proactively escalate risks and barriers as appropriate 
  • Create client-ready presentations, reports, and meeting materials to support strategic initiatives 
  • Perform data analysis and develop dashboards to track KPIs and support performance improvement 
  • Translate data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for internal teams and clients 
  • Support planning, coordination, and facilitation of internal and external meetings 
  • Partner with teammates in Strategic Operations and Process Improvement to expand organizational knowledge and drive our competitive advantage

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s in public health, health administration, or related field preferred) 
  • 1-3 years of experience in healthcare operations or related field, preferred 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) 
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI (SQL experience a plus) 
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines 
  • Ability to identify risks, problem-solve, and escalate issues proactively 
  • Effective collaboration in both independent and team-based environments 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly 
  • Ability to develop polished, client-facing deliverables and presentations 
  • Working knowledge of healthcare operations, process improvement, and root cause analysis 
  • Ability to identify trends and drivers within healthcare data to inform decision-making

Salary Range:

  • $71,000 – $85,000 annually
