| MedPOINT Management is proud of the outstanding customer service that our IPA providers and members receive from the Customer Service department. The staff that provides customer service at MedPOINT Management has years of collective experience resolving issues that may arise among patients and providers. Our customer service representatives are available to field questions from patients and/or providers and help in any way that they can. They are committed to providing proactive, efficient solutions to ensure that delivery of appropriate health care and effective medical management continues without interruption.
MedPOINT Management is committed to ensuring that friendly, helpful and competent representatives are available to answer questions and provide help for patients and physicians. Spanish speaking representatives are also available on-site. MedPOINT is contracted with AT&T Language line to facilitate communication for members requiring additional needs.
EZ-CAP provides a customer service module within the software so that all issues and responses are recorded. This process allows for prompt follow-up. Additionally, the documentation can be used for auditing purposes to track and trend occurrences and to identify opportunities for improvement.
